インドネシアにおけるジャックフルーツの遺伝資源探索

　ジャックフルーツはほとんどが他家受精し種子により繁殖される。多くの研究によると、本種はインド西部起源とされており、起源地では最も高い多様性があるとされている。一方でインドネシアは18000以上の島からなりる。このことからジャックフルーツはインドネシアにおいても高い多様性を示すと考えられる。
本研究の目的はインドネシア各地域においてジャックフルーツの遺伝資源とその分布、そして利用法を調査することである。
　発表では主に、先行研究と研究計画について述べる。

Expoloration of jackfruit genetic resources in Indonesia

Jackfruit is mostly cross pollinated and propergated by seeds.According to most of researches this fruit tree is native to Western India and in the origin region there are highest diversity.On the other hand, Indonesia include more than 18000 island.Due to this fact jackfruit diversity would be rich in Indonesia, too.
Objective of this study is to investigate the diversity, distribution and local use of jackfruit in each region in Indonesia.

In the presentation prior studies and research plan will be refered.
